Hospitality & Staffing Location:
Lincoln, Nebraska Annual Salary:
$55,000
Car Allowance:
$5,000 annually

Bonus and commission opportunities Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking an experienced Onsite Account Manager to oversee daily staffing operations, manage client relationships, and support employees at an assigned hospitality account in Lincoln, Nebraska. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, employees, and internal operations team. Manage daily staffing needs, employee schedules, attendance, call-offs, and shift coverage. Recruit, interview, onboard, and support employees based on the client's workforce needs. Conduct regular onsite check-ins and address employee or client concerns promptly. Build a strong relationship with the client and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Monitor employee performance, retention, productivity, and compliance. Verify timekeeping information and assist with payroll coordination. Identify opportunities to grow the account and increase workforce participation. Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable employment regulations. Prepare regular staffing, attendance, and operational reports. Qualifications Experience in staffing, hospitality, account management, recruiting, or workforce operations. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working directly with clients and employees. Reliable transportation required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete E-Verify requirements.
