Role :
Director of Retail OperationsCommitment :
Flexible | around 30 hours per week
Expectations and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic DirectionDevelop and execute the overall strategy for the success and growthLead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales and design professionalsReport directly to the Vice President with regular updates on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), sales, operations, and team performance
Required Skills:
LMA (lead, manage and hold accountable) The team: to include staffing, training, employee reviews, adherence to documented SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), etc.

Engage in company weekly Level 10 meetings & individual 1:1s for consistent team communication, clarity and feedbackSit on company Leadership team as representative of the company. Manage day-to-day retail operations Oversee and execute inventory management, order fulfilment, and vendor logistics.

Evaluate and improve systems (CRM, POS, scheduling, workflows) for operational excellence. Monitor and analyse key metrics, making data-informed decisions.

Set sales goals and implement systems for tracking and improvement.

Partner with marketing and events teams to drive qualified traffic, brand awareness, events, and new product launches.

Protect company assets by ensuring adherence to all loss prevention procedures (employee discounts, damages, marketing, etc.)Oversee backend operations (retail supplies, damages, incoming shipments, product pricing, inventory, tills, deposits, etc.)Manage to company budgets Additional day-to-day support for The Studio team
