Operations Manager - Residential Tree Service

Accurate Tree Service LLC is seeking a professional administrator to join our busy team. Applicant must be self motivated, excellent with time management and able to stay focused and multitask in an environment of constant interruptions. Applicant would answer phones and emails promptly and in a friendly manner be respectful and comfortable speaking with customers . Applicant would be responsible for annual NH registrations of all vehicles, trucks, trailers etc. Applicant would also manage the calendar of annual company requirements. Applicant responsible for new hire advertisements and paperwork as well as scheduling continuing education classes as needed for employees. Applicant responsible for organizing paperwork from daily operations and drivers including work orders, truck mileage and DVIR repair needs. Our fleet includes log and bucket trucks, stump grinder, man lifts and cranes, we offer removal, pruning and grinding services. Other responsibilities to be discussed in person.
