Job Overview We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Warranty Service & Field Support Coordinator to bridge the gap between project teams, subcontractors, and clients during critical phases of construction projects. This role supports both active and warranty-phase projects, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, documentation stays accurate, and project closeout is smooth and complete. You'll work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and manufacturer reps while also contributing to process improvements and field operations. Responsibilities Warranty & Service Coordination Work with the Service Manager to assist with scheduling, overseeing, and ensuring completion of warranty-related service work. Coordinate service activities with subcontractors and clients for projects in the warranty period. Meet subcontractors on-site to investigate and identify root causes of service issues. Assist with updating and maintaining the Service Log to track issues, resolutions, and timelines. Follow up with clints to ensure satisfaction with completed work. Assist with investigating, measuring coordinating and completing small client projects for the company Project Support & Closeout Conduct exploratory demo work for projects in the design phase to help identify existing conditions. Ensure punchlists and remaining items are completed after project demobilization. Occasionally close out punchlist work for projects when a Superintendent is reassigned before completion. Field Operations & Site Visits Visit active projects to assess status, identify potential issues, and support field teams. Verify all QC checklists are completed and signed off by Superintendents and Project Managers. Assist Superintendents with QC Inspections, follow-up and issue resolution. Meet manufacturer representatives on-site for inspections, installations, and technical evaluations. Capture and distribute drone photos for marketing, documentation, and field coordination. Train Field Administrators on QC prefills and other operational duties. Process Improvement & Testing Assist in testing new workflows, tools, and processes to identify bugs and help refine implementation. Qualifications Experience in construction, field operations, or project coordination preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate documentation. Comfortable working on active job sites and performing investigative fieldwork. Familiarity with QC processes, punchlists, and project closeout workflows is a plus. Drone experience is helpful but not required; training available. Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
