Pest Control Supervisor (Field + Office Leadership)

Full-Time (40-50+ hours/week) About the Role We're hiring a Pest Control Supervisor who can lead from both the field and the office. This is a hybrid leadership role—perfect for someone who can jump into VIP or problem accounts when needed , while also managing technicians, schedules, and overall service quality. This is not a desk-only job. We want someone who leads by example, supports their team, and keeps operations running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support a team of pest control technicians in the field Handle VIP accounts and complex/problem service calls Train, coach, and develop field technicians Oversee daily routes, scheduling, and service efficiency Ensure compliance with all pesticide regulations and safety standards Perform inspections and quality control checks Assist with hiring and onboarding new technicians Address customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships Manage inventory, equipment, and service vehicles Complete reporting, documentation, and operational tracking Requirements Active Supervisory Pesticide License in one of the following: New Hampshire - (Structural Pest Control) Massachusetts - Category 41 License Ability to obtain licensing in both states (if not already held) Proven pest control experience (residential and/or commercial) Some experience leading or mentoring field technicians Strong knowledge of pest control methods, safety, and compliance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work both in the field and in an office setting Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills What We Offer $70,000 base salary + bonus structure Company vehicle, gas card, and tools provided Health benefits and paid time off Stable, year-round work Opportunity to grow into higher-level management Why This Role Stands Out This is a true leadership position where you'll have a direct impact on team performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operations.
