We are expanding our testing capabilities and are looking for an organized, dependable person to join our team. Experience in EMC testing is not required. This is a varied position combining laboratory coordination, customer support, test report preparation, calibration management, and sales support.
What You'll Do:
Compile and prepare customer test reports from engineers' test data. Schedule customer testing and maintain the laboratory calendar. Monitor equipment calibration dates and maintain calibration records. Obtain calibration quotes and coordinate equipment with calibration vendors. Maintain customer, project, and laboratory records. Assist with
ISO 17025/A2LA
documentation. Prepare and send customer quotations and other documents. Work closely with our VP of Sales on customer follow up and scheduling. Coordinate customer visits and assist with marketing and customer events. Handle general office, purchasing, shipping, and administrative duties.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and detail oriented Dependable and good at following tasks through to completion Comfortable managing multiple priorities Professional and friendly with customers and vendors An excellent communicator Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and similar software Able to work independently in a small business environment Willing and able to learn technical information Experience in EMC testing is not required. Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, calibration, quality, or technical office environment is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
$62,000-$70,000/year , depending on experience Full-time, 40 hours/week Paid holidays Paid vacation and sick time Health insurance Profit sharing benefits Stable, established company with new investment and growing capabilities Why Core?
