Job Description

About Us We're a fast-growing startup eyewear brand building something different. Clean design, strong identity, and a focus on how product moves from idea to customer. We're looking for someone reliable, organized, and hands-on to take ownership of our warehouse operations, logistics, small account communication, and other responsibilities as we grow. This is a key role for someone who likes being trusted to create and manage processes without constant oversight. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (inventory, organization, incoming shipments) Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders Track inventory levels and flag low stock Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics (suppliers, freight, carriers) Maintain clean, efficient warehouse systems Communicate with smaller wholesale accounts (order updates, follow-ups, basic relationship management) Help improve processes as we grow (we want your input)
Other Responsibilities:
  • Event planning and participation a) Contacting account and partnership leads before and after the events/shows b) Organizing, packing and shipping event inventory and supplies c) Opportunity to travel to events or trade shows on an as needed basis
  • Creating customer orders/reorders a) Many customers email orders that require our team to input into Shopify, as well as creating orders for local deliveries b) Creation of orders for free samples to influencers or potential retail accounts
  • Invoicing
  • Participation in the customer service process a) Managing company "contact" and "retail" email addresses b) Account communication on 3rd party platforms like Faire.
  • Participation in Zoom meetings with potential customers and partners, and assist in execution of action items from the meetings.
What We're Looking For Highly organized and dependable Comfortable working independently Detail-oriented (you catch mistakes before they happen) Strong communication skills (email + basic customer interaction) Willing to be hands-on (this is not a desk-only job)
Bonus:
experience with shipping platforms (Shopify, etc.) Why This Role Matters You'll be the backbone of how our product gets out into the world. Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
