Nashua, NH Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Lead new product introductions from concept to full-scale production Oversee global plant operations and standardize processes Ensure effective resource allocation and EHS best practices Manage critical operational issues and crisis response Strategy & Capacity Develop and execute 3-year operational and capacity plans Lead expansion initiatives, new site development, and capital projects Forecast demand and optimize global resource utilization Financial Management Oversee global budgets and P&L performance Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Performance & Reporting Define and monitor KPIs (quality, delivery, productivity) Use data insights to improve performance and on-time delivery Report results and recommendations to leadership Collaboration & Quality Partner cross-functionally to meet customer and business needs Ensure compliance with ISO standards and global regulations Maintain strong supplier quality systems and audit readiness Qualifications 15+ years in manufacturing management (electronics or mechanical preferred) Degree in Engineering or related field Experience building and scaling manufacturing operations Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Willingness to travel globally (50%+); Mandarin is an asset Why Work for Us?
