Position OverviewWe are seeking a veteran of the disaster restoration industry to step into a Regional Manager role to lead and grow our New Hampshire and Maine branches. The focus of this role is to balance oversight of the region's financial performance, growth, team culture, and customer experience. The Regional Manager will have the backing of our corporate team while maintaining the autonomy to make the day-to-day decisions that drive results.
This role is a great fit for an operator who leads from the front, holds their teams accountable and strives for operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn regional
P&L:
develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control to meet profitability targets.
Provide operations leadership for disaster restoration activities, ensuring consistent execution of mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction processes across branches.
Deliver strong field leadership by supporting branch managers, supervising complex or high-risk jobs, and stepping into incident command during large-scale disaster responses.
Oversee branch management including staffing, performance management, training, and succession planning for branch leadership.
Ensure safety and compliance: enforce safety programs, regulatory requirements, and company policies at all sites and job locations.
Drive business development and client relationship management with insurers, property managers, commercial clients, and referral sources to grow regional revenue.
Monitor and report on operational KPIs, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction; implement continuous improvement initiatives to raise standards and reduce cycle time.
Manage vendor relationships, subcontractor performance, and procurement to control costs and ensure quality delivery.
Implement training and professional development programs to raise field skill levels and certifications across the region.
QualificationsProven experience in disaster restoration operations, leadership and branch management responsibility.
Demonstrated operations leadership with direct P&L responsibility and measurable results in profitability, cost control, and growth.
Experience managing multiple branches or sites preferred.
Track record of developing staff and managers and building high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills; able to build credibility with insurers, commercial clients, and referral partners.
Strong analytical and financial acumen: comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
High level of personal accountability, safety mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
