This leadership role monitors service delivery in real time. Resolving operational issues while ensuring adherence to operational standards, safety regulations, and company policies. The Operations Center Supervisor is the frontline Operational leader responsible for shift control, incident management, and the performance of Operations Center staff.

As the Operations Center Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include Supervision & Leadership of Operations Center Real-Time Service Oversight (adjusting service as needed for staffing, accidents, weather, or traffic disruptions) Incident & Emergency Management All Communications & Coordination of Operations Center KPI Monitoring, Reporting & Data Quality (validate data inputs, staffing, service interruptions, performance, complaints, training opportunities…) Compliance & Safety Other duties as required Key Competencies Leadership & team coaching Situational awareness Crisis management Attention to detail Strong multitasking & prioritization Communication clarity & professionalism Data-driven mindset

Customer Service Orientation Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need Required Ability to make quick, sound decisions under pressure. Strong communication and supervisory skills. Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Prior experience supervising or training staff. Experience in public transit, shuttle operations, paratransit, or emergency communications. Familiarity with DOT, ADA, OSHA, and/or organizational safety policies.
