The FN Hospitality Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within the hospitality environment. This position focuses on providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. The associate will collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, uphold cleanliness standards, and support operational activities. Ultimately, this role is essential in fostering a positive reputation for the establishment and driving repeat business.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English. Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices. Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:
