Operations Manager Job Opportunity The Cumberland County Utilities Authority (CCUA) is currently accepting applications for a full-time Operations Manager position, offering excellent benefits. Position Overview The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the daily operations of the Cumberland County Utilities Authoritys wastewater treatment plant, sludge processing, collection system, solid waste operations, maintenance activities, and related facilities. This role ensures that all operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations while supporting the Authoritys mission of protecting public health and the environment. Requirements and Leadership This position provides leadership to management and operational staff, oversees operational budgets, coordinates capital improvement projects, and works closely with engineering, regulatory agencies, and administrative personnel to achieve Authority goals. Must hold an S3 & C3 license. Must be self-motivated. Must possess the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently.
