Hourly, Full-Time, at will in accordance with the laws of NJ About Executive Executive is a leading commercial snow removal company in the Mid-Atlantic region, specializing in comprehensive winter services—including snow plowing, ice control, and snow melting—for some of the largest companies in the United States. We operate an extensive fleet of trucks and heavy equipment across multiple states, delivering reliable, high-performance service at scale. Our operations are highly organized and performance-driven, especially during winter events when execution, safety, and responsiveness are critical. We are committed to exceeding client expectations while building a strong, team-oriented culture where employees can grow and succeed The Opportunity We are seeking a hand-on highly driven and experienced Senior Operations Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure operational excellence across our service region. The Senior Ops Supervisor is responsible for overseeing in-field operations , managing subcontractor performance, and ensuring all snow services are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with company standards and client expectations. This role plays a critical part in real-time storm response and operational execution. This is a hands-on position requiring flexibility, strong work ethic and the ability to perform in fast-paced, weather-driven conditions. Qualifications, Experience & Responsibilities 5+ years of experience in commercial snow removal operations required Prior Field supervisory or management experience required Operating experience of plows, Skidsteers and Loaders Experience managing subcontractors and/or field crews (15+ person Teams) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and field service software Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments Ability to work extended hours- nights, weekends and holidays during winter season Senior Ops Supervisor must be fluent in spoken and written English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferable Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service region Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Conduct onsite inspections/audits to ensure quality, safety and contract compliance Assist in onboarding and training subcontractors and seasonal team members on company technology and operational procedures Manage and direct field teams within assigned territory, including performance monitoring, issue resolution and ongoing coaching and training. Winter Season Operations All employees and field managers are expected to participate in snow removal operations as needed and at management's direction. This aligns with our "all hands" policy, which boots dedicated snow operations roles with additional bandwidth as needed, especially during severe winter events. Compensation Package Base Salary Hourly $35 - $40 per hour depending on experience (Commensurate with experience, leadership ability, and operational background) Benefits & Support Significant overtime during winter months 2 weeks paid vacation plus 7 public holidays Company Truck Health insurance contribution Employee referral bonus program Access to modern equipment, technology and software Work Schedule Expectations Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours Winter season (Nov 1 - April 30): On-call and weather-dependent schedule. Must be available for overnight, extended, holiday and weekend shifts during snow events Provide hands-on field support before, during and after snow events, including plowing, salting/deicing, equipment operation, minor equipment repair/maintenance and coordination Utilize company technology to validate services, document site conditions, monitor and report equipment condition and inventory control Respond to and resolve service issues, escalations and performance deficiencies in a timely manner Provide Active leadership and in field direction during snow events, including overnight and extended shifts. Typical schedule M-F 40hr, Typical winter schedule: On-call during winter season Nov 1- April 30 with extended hours required Ensure adherence to Executive's safety standards and best practices across all operationsPay:
