Job Description We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee warehouse cleaning operations, communicate directly with facility managers regarding any concerns or suggestions, and provide feedback to our operations technicians to ensure top-tier service delivery. Key Responsibilities Maintain strong communication with facility managers to ensure high-quality service and bridge the gap between the client and our company. Follow safety protocols and company procedures. Report any supply needs or cleaning-related issues to the operations team. Requirements Reliability and punctuality are a must. Ability to work independently during scheduled hours. Strong communication and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications (Mandatory) Bilingual (Or can speak English fluently).
