In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our on-site operations, ensuring seamless execution of pop-up events and catering to guests with exceptional service. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for attendees while supporting the smooth flow of food service and event logistics. Responsibilities Set up and break down event stations, ensuring all equipment, signage, and supplies are ready for each activation Assist with food handling, preparation, and serving to deliver high-quality guest experiences Manage food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations Support food service operations using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Buss tables, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness in all event areas to uphold hygiene standards Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages during busy event periods Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and enthusiastically Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and bending Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous Kitchen experience or culinary background enhances your ability to support event needs Hotel or guest services experience is beneficial for understanding hospitality standards Demonstrated commitment to food safety practices and guest satisfaction Join us in delivering energetic, memorable events that delight guests and showcase your culinary and hospitality talents!
