Field Operations Manager / Working Crew Leader - Edison Professional Bamboo Landscapers LLC Professional Bamboo Landscapers LLC is hiring an experienced, hands-on working leader for our bamboo removal and excavation crew. We currently operate one field crew, making this a key position working directly with the owner. We are expanding to two crews in April 2027. We are looking for someone who can lead the crew while also stepping in and working alongside them when needed. Bamboo removal experience is not required. It is a very specialized trade, and we will teach you our process. What we do require is real experience with equipment, trailers, field work, and leading people. What We're Looking For Confident mini excavator operation Experience driving a truck and towing equipment trailers Experience leading a small landscaping, construction, excavation, or other blue-collar crew Willingness to work alongside the crew and help with physical work when needed Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking responsibility for the jobsite At least 2 years of crew leadership or similar field experience preferred Pay and Growth Remainder of the 2026 season: $1,150-$1,350 per week based on experience and demonstrated ability The remainder of this season will serve as an onboarding and field evaluation period while you learn our bamboo removal and excavation process Successful candidate returning in
April:
