Salary:
$190,000- $230,000 annually Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Channel Operations to build and lead a high-performing Channel Operations organization. This leadership role will be responsible for driving product visibility, discoverability, conversion, and revenue growth across owned digital channels, retail partners, and marketplace ecosystems. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in eCommerce, digital commerce operations, marketplace management, and channel optimization, with a proven track record of transforming operational excellence into measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Channel Operations Leadership Develop and execute the overall channel operations strategy. Establish operational governance and performance management frameworks. Drive process optimization, resource prioritization, and operational excellence. Lead cross-functional initiatives that support business growth and scalability. Owned Channel Operations Oversee performance across owned digital platforms and eCommerce channels. Manage product launches, merchandising operations, promotions, and content deployment. Optimize customer experience and support revenue growth initiatives. Retail & Marketplace Operations Lead operations across major retail and marketplace channels. Ensure product content, assortment readiness, and promotional execution are optimized across all channels. Drive operational excellence and consistent execution across retail ecosystems. Digital Shelf & Discoverability Improve search visibility and product discoverability. Drive digital shelf optimization initiatives. Enhance category performance and content effectiveness across channels. Commerce Performance Optimization Analyze channel performance metrics and conversion trends. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue performance. Support business growth through data-driven decision-making. Future Commerce & AI Readiness Develop strategies supporting AI-powered product discovery and future commerce capabilities. Improve product knowledge structures and content readiness for emerging search environments. Team Leadership & Development Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Develop organizational capabilities that support long-term growth. Qualifications Required 12+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, retail operations, marketplace management, digital merchandising, or channel management. Experience leading large-scale commerce operations teams. Strong understanding of both direct-to-consumer and retail commerce ecosystems. Proven success managing complex cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. Preferred Consumer electronics industry experience. Experience with major marketplace and retail ecosystems. Digital shelf optimization experience. Product Information Management (PIM) experience. Retail media and commerce analytics experience. Direct-to-consumer (DTC) commerce operations background. What Success Looks Like Increased channel revenue and conversion performance. Improved product discoverability and search visibility. Enhanced digital shelf health and marketplace performance. Compensation & Benefits Salary:
