Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Facility Administrator and become a vital leader in managing our state-of-the-art cannabis production and distribution facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a dedicated team committed to excellence. As the central point of contact for administrative functions, you will drive efficiency, uphold safety protocols, and foster a positive environment that supports our mission to deliver high-quality cannabis products responsibly and sustainably. Your energetic leadership will help shape the future of our facility while providing exceptional service to our stakeholders. Duties Oversee daily administrative operations within the cannabis facility, ensuring smooth shift management and workflow coordination Supervise staff members, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated and compliant team Manage guest services, including visitor check-ins and security protocols, maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements Handle cash transactions accurately, maintain detailed reports, and ensure proper record keeping for audit purposes Coordinate with management on inventory control, supply ordering, and compliance documentation such as report writing and incident logs Supervise safety procedures and enforce health standards to maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors Lead efforts in events management related to facility tours or community engagement initiatives, enhancing public relations Skills Proven leadership experience in hospitality, resort management, or restaurant environments with a focus on customer service excellence Strong background in shift management, supervising teams, and managing operational workflows efficiently Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail for compliance documentation and internal reporting Experience in managing cash handling processes accurately within fast-paced settings Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations or experience in regulated environments such as nightclubs or events management is a plus Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while fostering teamwork and accountability Exceptional communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure guest satisfaction Equal Opportunity Employer NJ Nectar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination or other applicable federal, state, or local laws.
