The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with EDI platforms, ERP systems, and retailer order management. While logistics knowledge is helpful, this is not a transportation or freight coordination role. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely reporting, and efficient execution of business processes. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Manage and process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders, including order validation, edits, and issue resolution. Process daily invoicing and prepare daily reports for company-wide distribution. Respond to operational inquiries from sales representatives, customers, warehouses, and internal departments in a timely and professional manner. Create and maintain item master records within the ERP system, including product setup and UPC code assignment. Generate and distribute weekly operational reports. Coordinate and manage international customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Perform quality control reviews of inbound container photos to verify product condition and compliance. Prepare and reconcile Warehouse Invoice Reconciliation Reports. Execute month-end closing activities for all brands, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data. Administer and maintain product content and syndication through SPS. Process customer orders through both traditional order entry methods and AI-driven order processing systems. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing, Accounting, and external business partners to support operational excellence. Identify process improvement opportunities and support initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in operations, or a related business function. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Experience working with ERP systems Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support business decisions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external partners. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
