SUMMARY :
The Topgolf Swing Suite Lead Reservationist will oversee the daily operations of Topgolf Swing Suite while providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests. From managing reservations, to equipment maintenance, guest services and more, the Topgolf Swing Suite Lead Reservationist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the frontline success of Topgolf Swing Suite.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
: Oversee the daily operations of Topgolf Swing Suite ( TGSS ). Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated. Monitor and manage staff performance, scheduling, and customer service standards. Conduct Swing Analysis Sessions and provide coaching feedback to members and guests. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and professional presentation of the facility. Handle membership inquiries, bookings, and billing administration. Train staff on equipment use, Swing Analysis protocols, and customer engagement. Troubleshoot technical issues with launch monitors and Swing Analysis software Manage the inventory of golf equipment, apparel, and supplies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies. Report on membership metrics, revenue, and operational performance to management. Build member relationships and drive retention through exceptional service and personalized coaching. The position will be required to work during the company's busy / peak business periods, which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
