Position Overview The Manager, Amazon Retail Media will lead retail media strategy, driving performance across Amazon's advertising platforms and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. This role is responsible for developing data-driven strategies, optimizing media investment, and delivering measurable business impact. In addition to strategic ownership, this position directly manages two team members, providing coaching, performance leadership, and capability development to build a high-performing retail media function. The ideal candidate brings a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical acumen, and proven leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Lead full-funnel Amazon retail media strategy across suite of advertising platforms (Sponsored Ads, DSP, CTV, and emerging platforms) to drive brand growth, eCommerce performance, and market share. Translate commercial objectives into integrated activation plans, aligning Sales, Brand Marketing, and National Media priorities with data-driven media strategies. Own end-to-end campaign performance, including segmentation, account structure, targeting, creative strategy, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI and incrementality. Manage A&P investment and budget pacing, ensuring disciplined spend allocation and clear linkage between media investment and business outcomes. Leverage advanced analytics and retail media tools (Amazon Advertising Console, DSP, Retail Analytics) to assess ROAS, sales lift, and customer acquisition impact. Lead cross-functional and agency partnerships to scale growth initiatives, test new capabilities, and deliver best-in-class digital execution. Drive innovation and competitive advantage by identifying emerging platform opportunities, evolving media formats, and industry trends. Deliver executive-level performance reporting and strategic recommendations, influencing key stakeholders and shaping future investment decisions.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in media, eCommerce, or digital marketing; experience with Retail Media and Amazon Advertising platforms is highly preferred. Experience working with consumer goods is a plus.

Advanced expertise in Amazon's retail media and programmatic ecosystem, with strong command of platform mechanics, bidding models, attribution, and measurement methodologies. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with an understanding of how digital investment impacts revenue, profitability, and long-term brand equity. Influential cross-functional leadership, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, build credibility quickly, and drive decisions in matrixed environments. Strategic thinker with a growth orientation, able to connect market dynamics, shopper behavior, and competitive activity to broader business strategy.
