Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Supervisor (EMT and CPR certified) to support our field teams and ensure our vehicles, equipment, and personnel remain fully compliant with all Department of Health and Department of Motor Vehicles regulations. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly—supporting crews, maintaining fleet readiness, and ensuring all equipment and documentation standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Oversee and ensure completion of daily rig checks for all vehicles Support field crews by resolving equipment issues, supply deficiencies, and mechanical concerns Coordinate with Fleet Management to address and resolve vehicle maintenance needs Troubleshoot and document equipment issues (stretchers, wheelchair lifts, suction units, etc.) using internal systems Coordinate repairs with internal departments and external vendors Maintain availability of required forms and documentation for field personnel Collect, sort, and distribute operational paperwork across departments Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of medical supplies Order, program, and troubleshoot communication devices (radios/PTT phones) Ensure timely submission of vehicle registrations and renewals Schedule and track vehicle inspections to maintain compliance Coordinate annual DOH inspections, ensuring vehicles are fully operational and properly stocked Document motor vehicle incidents, including reports, photos, and supporting details for insurance purposes Maintain 24/7 on-call availability for urgent operational issues Scheduling Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain daily staff schedules for BLS and MAV units Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules based on operational demands and company policies Address real-time staffing challenges to ensure uninterrupted service delivery What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience in fleet coordination, EMS, logistics, or healthcare operations preferred Ability to communicate effectively with field staff, leadership, and vendors Comfortable working with reporting systems and operational software Willingness to be on-call and respond to urgent issues as needed
Pay:
$27.20 - $32.76 per hour
