Lane specializes in mobility, tunneling, and water resources to address sustainable development and climate change adaptation challenges. Description Oversees field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and construction operations. Collaborates with other Superintendents and subcontractors. Closely monitors communicates risks, status etc. in project review meetings. Assists Engineers with quantities and productions. Establishes and promotes a safety culture. Ensures labor, equipment and materials are maintained, protected, secured and used at optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness. Coaches and provides on-the-job training to crews. Manages employees by mentoring, coaching, providing feedback and assessing performance. Schedules and Oversees field personnel, daily/weekly schedules, and all construction operations. Ensures production goals are achieved. Ensures project personnel adheres to Safety and Quality Standards. Ensures accurate and timely quantity tracking. Performs other duties as assigned.
