Compensation:

$25/hour

Schedule:

6 days per week (Sunday off) Approximately 42 hours per week Daily presence at one assigned location

Responsibilities:

Main point of contact for all staff across locations Create and manage staff schedules Use our internal dashboard to assign tasks, manage schedules, and follow up on daily execution Travel between locations and keep things running smoothly (you will be expected to be at one location each day): Albany, NY (Crossgates Mall - additional compensation provided for this location) Poughkeepsie, NY (Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall) West Nyack, NY (Palisades Center Mall) Paramus, NJ (Garden State Plaza & Paramus Park Mall) Assist with hiring and help onboard new employees Help manage and guide basic social media/content efforts Follow up on events and birthday bookings Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships This is a hands-on, flexible role where you'll be involved in different parts of the business as needed.
