This role is responsible for leading field crews and overseeing restoration projects across multiple states. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned restoration professional who enjoys field leadership, problem-solving, and managingplex projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed work plans based on job orders, inspections, and project specifications Supervise 2-3 field crews (2-4 technicians per crew), or up to 16 personnel on large-scale projects Manage multiple active restoration projects concurrently across various locations Serve as the primary field liaison with the CEO and Office Manager, providing regular progress updates and escalating concerns as needed Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve job-site issues using restoration industry expertise Train, mentor, and coach technicians on equipment usage, restoration methods, safety protocols, and SOPs Establish clear performance expectations and ensure all crews meet quality, safety, and professionalism standards Coordinate and allocate labor, tools, materials, and equipment efficiently Ensure all work meets or exceeds professional restoration and cleanliness standards Utilize mobile photo and documentation software for real-time job tracking, reporting, andpliance Stage work areas and prepare teams for uing phases of restoration projects Assist with warehouseanization, inventory management systems, and equipment readiness Support ongoing employee training initiatives and skills development Schedule & Travel Monday-Friday schedule (no weekend work) 55-65 hours per week, including overtime Frequent travel required (nearly every week) Combination of local day trips (NYC and nearby areas) and overnight travel Lodging provided for overnight assignments Paid travel time between office, lodging, and job sites Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry 1-3 years of supervisory, foreman, or crew leadership experience Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Strongmunication, leadership, andanizational skills Ability to travel extensively and thrive in a physically demanding, field-based role Benefits may include:petitive pay, health insurance options, paid time off, holidays, overtime opportunities, and growth potential within theanization.

Pay Details:
