Air Conditioning Operations Manager | Lead, Scale & Make an Impact

We're hiring an Air Conditioning Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operations across residential and commercial services. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and manage daily Air Conditioning / HVAC operations (installations, service, and maintenance) Supervise and support field technicians, dispatch, and office staff Optimize scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and service quality standards Drive operational improvements to increase efficiency and profitability Ensure an excellent customer experience and handle escalations when needed Oversee residential and commercial projects from start to finish Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies Partner with leadership to support OverCool's continued growth What We're Looking For Proven experience in HVAC / Air Conditioning operations management Strong leadership experience managing technicians and field teams Hands-on knowledge of: Installations (residential & commercial) Service calls & troubleshooting Preventive maintenance Experience with dispatching and workforce planning Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve performance Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and leadership presence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company Nice to Have EPA Certification or relevant HVAC licenses Experience working in high-growth or scaling environments Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar platforms Experience in both residential and commercial operations What You'll Get Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses A key leadership role in a rapidly growing company Real ownership and autonomy in your position Opportunity to shape processes and build strong teams Career growth as OverCool continues to expand Why Join OverCool? Pay:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Application Question(s): What are your annual salary expectations for this position?
