Spectrum Painting is looking for an Operations Manager to be the heartbeat of our production operations — turning project handoffs from sales into seamless, high-quality execution in the field.

What You'll Do:

As the Operations Manager, you will:

Bridge Sales and Production:

Take over once a job is sold and prepare it for flawless execution. Coordinate with field staff, communicate with customers, and ensure every project is production-ready. Lead the

Office Team:

Supervise and coach administrative team members to deliver high performance, strong communication, and accountability.

Own Scheduling & Communication:

Schedule jobs, assign crews, and proactively communicate with customers and field supervisors to minimize surprises and maximize satisfaction.

Champion Customer Experience:

Be the primary point of contact for pre-production and in-progress jobs — resolving concerns quickly and personally.

Drive Workflow & Efficiency:

Create job folders, track timelines, order materials, collect signed documents, and keep tools like Smartsheets and the job board up to date.

Ensure Timely Payroll:

Review clock-ins/outs, reconcile hours, and ensure accuracy in payroll submissions.

What You Bring:

Strong planning, prioritization, and delegation skills Assertive communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and personal accountability Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines with urgency and poise Experience working with project management or scheduling tools (Smartsheets, Google Sheets, etc.) A team-focused mindset with leadership experience in an office or operations environment
