[Position] Korean Bilingual Operations Coordinator [About Our Client] A Leading Logistics Company [Job Summary] The Operations Coordinator supports day to day logistics and order fulfillment activities while serving as a key point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for processing B2B and B2C orders, coordinating with warehouses and 3PL partners, maintaining accurate data in ERP/WMS systems, and assisting with inventory, documentation, and billing support. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, customer focused, and eager to learn logistics operations in a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, with Korean language skills considered a requirement. [Job Description] Typical Day A typical day for the Operations Coordinator begins at 8:00 a.m., reviewing incoming orders, checking inventory levels, and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. Throughout the day, they update order information in the ERP/WMS system, monitor shipments, and respond to customer and client inquiries via email or phone. They work closely with internal teams to resolve any order, inventory, or carrier issues, assist with shipping documentation, and support basic billing activities as needed. The day also includes tracking data, flagging discrepancies, and contributing to small process improvements before wrapping up tasks and handoffs by 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics Process B2C orders including pick & pack, label creation, and tracking updates. Support inbound and outbound logistics coordination with the warehouse team. Ensure data accuracy in WMS/ERP systems and report any discrepancies. Understand 3PL operations basics (receiving, storage, returns, parcel and pallet handling). Assist in resolving basic logistics or carrier-related issues. Customer Service & Communication Serve as a point of contact for client logistics inquiries via phone and email. Communicate order status updates and service notifications to clients. Coordinate internally with warehouse and admin teams to resolve client issues. Order Management & Inventory Enter, track, and update orders in ERP/WMS systems. Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic audits. Notify supervisors of inventory shortages or discrepancies. Documentation & Compliance Assist in preparing shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, customs forms). Follow established SOPs and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Billing Support Help generate service invoices based on agreed rates. Assist with tracking billing communications and support payment follow-ups. Continuous Improvement Support Participate in identifying small process improvements for better efficiency. Assist in data collection for reporting operational KPIs. Additional Tasks as Needed Comfortable in office, and warehouse setting Able to lift objects weighing less than 49 lbs.
