Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Director of Operations located in the Toms River area. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee daily operational activities across multiple locations, ensuring efficient processes, optimal resource allocation, and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading regional teams, analyzing operational metrics, and addressing customer service needs. This role will also require collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and support the organization's goals. Qualifications Experience in Operations Management and developing strategic operational plans Strong Analytical Skills for performance tracking, problem-solving, and decision-making Proven expertise in Team Management, including leadership, coaching, and performance evaluation Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning Customer Service orientation with the ability to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus) Previous experience in dental operations, or multisite management is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
