HR/TRAINING COORDINATOR

Seeking a full-time, experienced human resources and training professional to work with a small human service agency.

Duties include:

• -providing initial and ongoing training and developing a formal tracking system to ensure compliance;
• -administering hr functions to include: hires, terminations, disciplinary action, evaluations, promotions, benefits, and leaves;
• -providing all required on-line and in-person pre-employment, annual, and performance-based training;
• -participating on the agency safety committee;
• -making recommendations to the operations team based on training outcomes;
• -ensuring effective communication to employees on agency and funding source policies.

MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF NJ

DDD and

OOL REGULATIONS/STANDARDS. AA

Degree; BA preferred; Valid NJ Driver's License.
