Step into a high-impact leadership role as the Site Operations Manager for our Wayne, NJ site, where you will shape operational performance across manufacturing, maintenance, and facilities, digital manufacturing, automation, and operational excellence. In this role, you will: Lead and inspire Manufacturing Unit Leaders, the Maintenance Supervisor, Project Engineers, and the Digital Manufacturing and Automation team. Strengthen leadership capability, sharpen execution discipline, and build a strong pipeline of operational talent. Work closely with site leadership, including the Tech Center Manager, Quality Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Site Performance and Operational Excellence Leader, and HR Manager. Help drive transformation, elevate site performance, and develop the people who make it possible.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field required. Master's Degree/MBA in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field preferred. 8+ years of experience in a progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a complex industrial environment 5+ years of experience in People Leadership managing leaders, supervisors, engineers, maintenance, or technical teams, as well as experience with production systems, maintenance, reliability, manufacturing performance, and operational KPIs 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional improvement, WCM, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, OPEX, or similar programs.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $111,000 to $177,000. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $127,600 to $203,500. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
