Job Description:
Opensity Solutions is seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to lead service delivery for an enterprise client. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments and can immediately establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders. You'll oversee a multi-site team of 15+ professionals delivering white-glove services across Reception & Concierge and Office Services. This role combines operational leadership, financial ownership, and strategic client partnership. What You'll Do Act as the senior leader and primary client contact for a large enterprise account Lead and develop a distributed team Deliver best-in-class workplace and concierge services Own financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and forecasting Drive KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives Present insights and strategic recommendations to client leadership Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and grow the account What We're Looking For 5+ years leading workplace services, outsourcing, or office operations Proven experience managing enterprise, high-touch client environments Strong people leadership across both managers and frontline teams Financial expertise with P&L ownership Experience with conference/event systems and ticketing platforms Exceptional communication and executive presence Ability to step in quickly and make an immediate impact Why Join Opensity Solutions?
