We're looking for one highly motivated person who wants more than just another job. This is an opportunity to get in at the ground level, help build a company from the beginning, and work toward becoming the person responsible for running the entire operation. The Opportunity You'll start as a Founding Operator & Manager in Training . In the beginning, this is a hands-on role. You'll work alongside crews on cleanout projects while learning and helping build every part of the business. As the company grows, the goal is for you to transition out of day-to-day field work and into a full management role overseeing the company. Eventually, we want this person responsible for: Sales and estimates Hiring, interviewing, and training Managing employees and crews Scheduling and route planning Customer service and problem resolution Vendor and dumpster coordination Timecards and payroll administration Job costing and profitability Quality control Day-to-day operations Helping grow the company Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Highly motivated and dependable A strong leader Comfortable making decisions independently Good with customers and sales Organized and able to manage multiple things at once Comfortable holding employees accountable A strong problem solver Interested in eventually running a business Willing to start hands-on and earn greater responsibility Excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up Management experience is strongly preferred. Experience in junk removal, moving, cleaning, restoration, construction, property maintenance, landscaping, logistics, home services, or other field-service businesses is a major plus. Hands-On Startup Stage This is important: During the initial stage, you must be willing to physically participate in property cleanouts when needed. Some properties may be heavily cluttered, dusty, dirty, or unpleasant. This is not an office management position from Day 1. You'll learn the business from the ground up, help develop the crews and systems, and gradually move into primarily managing the operation as the company grows. Long-Term Growth We're specifically looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. The right person could progress from: Manager in Training → Operations Manager → General Manager As your responsibilities and the company grow, there will be opportunities for increased compensation and performance-based incentives tied to the success and growth of the business.
