Job Description
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations in a fun and welcoming environment while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, health, and customer service. This role requires adherence to company values and policies, acting as a role model, and maintaining professionalism with staff and customers. Key duties include managing cash handling and reconciliation, enforcing operational standards, maintaining equipment and facility appearance, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Site Manager also plays a central role in delivering a smooth, efficient operation that prioritizes guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and supporting promotions, menu changes, and overall business performance.
In addition, the Site Manager leads and develops staff by training, evaluating performance, and applying strong personnel management practices. This includes scheduling, supervising, and ensuring compliance with workplace policies and labor regulations while fostering open communication and a positive work environment. The position requires strong leadership, customer service skills, and operational knowledge, supported by several years of hospitality experience. Candidates must meet licensing requirements, maintain certifications, and be capable of handling both the physical and mental demands of a fast-paced restaurant setting, often working long, flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
