Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manager, Equipment Operations provides leadership and operational oversight for three high-impact program areas within
University Recreation:
Intramural Sports, Sport Clubs, and the Outdoor Recreation Office. This position is responsible for supervising staff and student employees, coordinating risk management and safety compliance, managing program budgets and resources, and developing and implementing policies and training standards to support student engagement, safety, and long-term program growth.
Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
