Event Operations Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Operations Manager to lead the execution of diverse events in Northern Nevada. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of event logistics, including loading trailers, making deliveries, setting up and tearing down events, cleaning, and organizing rental inventory. Responsibilities Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly and safety standards are maintained. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs promptly and ensuring attendee satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle Qualifications Proven experience in event management, hospitality, or related fields such as restaurant or hotel operations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Experience in banquet operations or catering services is highly desirable. Experience setting-up tables, chairs, tents, dance floors, lighting, and more. Experience driving truck and trailer, or box truck. Ability to life more than 50 lbs
