Job DescriptionResponsible for the overall administration of the property and related departments, which could include casino housekeeping, facility maintenance, food and slot operations.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws, regulations and codes.
Coordinates and supervises the work of department staff to achieve maximum room efficiency and customer service.
Implements and coordinates promotions and special events.
Establishes and administers performance and service standards.
Analyzes food and slot revenues and expenses and other statistical data used to increase efficiency and resolve problems.
Communicates effectively, in writing and verbally, with staff, management, customers and vendors.
QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age.
Two (2) years of experience in a closely related position preferred.
Prior experience in the gaming industry required. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must have a well-rounded knowledge of gaming business operations (casino, food and beverage, hotel, finance, marketing, human resources, etc.).Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
