- Director of Operations (Las Vegas) Glow Motion Technologies is a Nashville-based entertainment technology company specialising in kinetic winches, custom LED systems, automation, touring productions, experiential activations, and large-scale live event technology. We support major concert tours, television productions, permanent installations, and brand activations across the world. We are looking for a highly organized, technically minded Operations Manager to oversee our Las Vegas warehouse and support touring and event operations nationwide. This is not a desk-only management role. We are looking for someone who can lead teams, solve problems under pressure, manage logistics, communicate professionally with clients and crews, and help keep complex projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Las Vegas warehouse and facility
• Coordinate show prep, equipment movement, packing, loading, and returns
• Manage warehouse workflow and help ensure projects stay on schedule
• Supervise warehouse staff, freelancers, and technicians
• Work closely with the inventory department to ensure equipment accuracy, organization, maintenance, and readiness
• Oversee shipping and logistics coordination, while working alongside the shipping coordinator handling day-to-day freight execution
• Oversee labor scheduling, crew coordination, and travel logistics, while working alongside the team handling flights, hotels, and staffing coordination
• Advance projects with clients, production managers, touring teams, and internal departments
• Coordinate trucking, freight movement, and show logistics for tours and events
• Help maintain operational standards, prep procedures, and quality control processes
• Support installation projects, rehearsals, and live event deployments as needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally in high-pressure environments
• Identify inefficiencies and help improve systems, communication, and workflow between departments
• Work closely with the Nashville headquarters to support company-wide operations and scheduling
• Occasionally travel for major projects, rehearsals, and onsite support

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in live events, touring, entertainment production, lighting, rigging, automation, or technical production
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
• Experience managing teams, labor, and production workflow
• Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working with schedules, spreadsheets, inventory systems, and production paperwork
• Experience coordinating complex logistics with multiple departments simultaneously
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Experience with lighting, DMX, networking, automation, or rigging is a major plus
• Experience with RentalWorks or production management software is a plus
