Responsibilities Lead and coordinate operational management efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and organizational goals. Drive operational excellence initiatives by implementing process improvements, optimizing workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous enhancement. Oversee business development management activities to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. Manage large-scale organizational change management projects to facilitate smooth transitions during restructuring or process updates. Develop and oversee the execution of budgets, forecasting, and financial management strategies to maximize profit margins and control costs. Collaborate with senior leadership to craft strategic plans that support long-term business success and operational scalability. Supervise executive-level teams across various departments, providing guidance on project management, operational analysis, and performance metrics. Conduct profit and loss analysis to monitor financial health, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Utilize data-driven decision making to inform strategies, improve processes, and enhance overall business management practices. Lead cross-functional teams through large-scale projects involving process improvements, program management, and organizational change initiatives. Skills Proven experience in operational excellence initiatives and large-scale organizational change management. Strong background in business development management coupled with strategic planning expertise. Extensive knowledge of business operations, budget management, forecasting, and financial oversight. Demonstrated leadership in executive-level team management and supervising senior leadership teams. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in project management methodologies and process improvement techniques. Ability to analyze operational data for insights that drive decision making and improve efficiency. Skilled in managing operational analysis, profit & loss statements, and program execution within complex organizations. Experience in managing change initiatives that impact multiple departments or large organizations. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on motivating teams, managing budgets at an executive level, and fostering a high-performance culture.
