You will oversee daily production, staffing, safety, quality, costs, and continuous-improvement efforts while ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on time. What You'll Do Lead production supervisors and hourly employees. Coordinate staffing and production schedules. Monitor safety, quality, efficiency, downtime, waste, and costs. Ensure customer orders meet production and delivery requirements. Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions. Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions. Enforce GMP, sanitation, food-safety, and workplace-safety requirements. Prepare the facility for regulatory inspections. Monitor production supplies and equipment inventory. Lead shift meetings and communicate operational priorities. Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate employees. Address performance concerns and employee-relations matters. Prepare production reports for plant leadership. Provide backup support to the Plant Manager. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree in manufacturing, operations, business, engineering, food science, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of manufacturing experience . Previous production supervisory or management experience. Food, beverage, dairy, or regulated manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Experience managing supervisors and hourly production employees. Knowledge of GMP, food safety, sanitation, quality, and safety requirements. Understanding of production scheduling, process flow, labor planning, inventory, and cost control. Experience with SOPs and continuous improvement. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems. Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate production, quality, and safety requirements.
