A well-established equipment solutions organization is seeking a Service Operations Supervisor to oversee daily shop and field service activities supporting construction and heavy equipment customers throughout the region. This is an outstanding opportunity for a service leader who excels at managing technician workflows, building strong customer relationships, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and able to adapt quickly when priorities shift. In this role, you will supervise a team of technicians and collaborate closely with dispatch, parts, and branch leadership to ensure repairs and maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. What You'll Do Coordinate and prioritize daily shop and field service activities
Schedule and assign work for technicians based on customer needs, skill sets, and resource availability
Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
Lead, coach, and develop technicians through ongoing performance management and support
Collaborate with dispatchers to adjust schedules and resources as priorities change
Open, review, manage, and close service work orders
Communicate with customers regarding service needs, repair status, and timelines
Partner with parts, operations, and administrative teams to support efficient service delivery
Monitor technician productivity and key service metrics
Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer files
Support fleet, equipment, and operational readiness initiatives as needed What We're Looking For Associate degree in business, diesel technology, operations management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Previous experience supervising service technicians, field personnel, or operational teams
Experience within heavy equipment, construction equipment, transportation, fleet maintenance, industrial services, manufacturing, or related industries
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to remain calm and effective when responding to changing priorities and urgent customer needs Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment service operations
