Job Description

Job Overview The Site Manager will report to the Property Manager with specific responsibilities to one property location. It is essential that all prospective applicants fit the properties specific occupancy and subsidy eligibility requirements. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Act as first point of contact for residents.
  • Preparing and scheduling property viewings, conducting property tours and interviewing prospective tenants ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Maintaining and updating the site waiting list in keeping with subsidy program requirements (HUD, USDA RD or LIHTC).
  • Develop working knowledge and understanding of tenant compliance software.
  • Responsible for tenant certifications, including initial, annual and interim; conduct tenant interviews associated with certifications; complete & submit certifications in a timely manner according to regulatory due dates.
  • Review all monthly invoices for accuracy; forward all approved invoices to CIA management for payment.
  • Maintain tenant files and operational document files.
  • Collect laundry money and prepare for deposit on a weekly basis.
  • Attend compliance seminars for training in project regulations and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Assist management in preparation for all regulatory visits and annual year end audits.
  • Coordination with maintenance staff; to include inspecting property conditions, preparation of units for re-rental and completion of work orders.
  • Coordination with management and knowledge of all project vendors (snow plow, pest control, plumber, HVAC, etc…)
  • Respond to emergency calls and respond in a timely manner.
  • Work with management to execute other assignments that may be assigned.
  • Reporting any problems or issues to the property manager.
Qualifications High school diploma/GED. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Pay:
$16.50 - $20.00 per hour
