The Opportunity:
We're looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Operations Team. This role plays an integral part in supporting OneBridge account‑based health plans and is responsible for key operational processes including eligibility, enrollment, and claims administration. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with team members to support our overall operational approach and culture.You Will:
Transcribe data accurately from multiple document sources into recordkeeping system Evaluate and process reimbursement claim submissions in accordance with company policies and IRS guidelines Review and apply appropriate action to incoming documents from covered participants and employer groups Analyze data from reports and system information to identify and resolve errors prior to final substantiation Collaboratively work with customer service vendors to provide first-class responses to service Consistently maintain production standards based on metrics and processing goalsWhat You Bring:
Six months of medical claims processing/medical billing experience, customer service experience preferably in a healthcare-related or social services setting; or a combination of experience Accurate data entry skills, detail orientated and highly organized Proficiency Microsoft Office products Ability to meet or exceed quality standards for entered information Individually driven as well as dedicated to working collaboratively with the team Ability to meet all department goals to include accuracy and productivity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Flexibility to work additional hours as needed High school or equivalent (Preferred) Why OneBridge Benefits?
