- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred Minimum 10+ years of plant leadership experience in dairy manufacturing Experience with aseptic or ESL dairy processing Strong background in continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence Experience managing budgets, capital projects, and plant-level financials Proven ability to lead large teams across operations, engineering, quality, and maintenance Demonstrated success improving efficiency, cost, and production performance Strong technical understanding of UHT, ESL, and filling/packaging systems Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership A bit about us:•The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational performance of a dairy manufacturing facility.
