Job Description

Identify key member cohorts and opportunities for achieving short- and long-term membership retention improvement strategies Assist in the development of a member retention strategy through the use of segmentation modeling, member profiling, propensity scoring and targeted channel communication Work collaboratively across lines of businesses, including product management, finance analysis, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute market retention plans to achieve membership objectives Participates in product driven workgroups to provide input to product designs/enhancements and implementation plans. Works closely with cross functional teams such as Retention, Enrollment & Billing, Claims, Member Services, Compliance, Sales, Finance, Enterprise Analytics, Marketing, and senior management in implementing new products, product enhancements, business implementations, end to end process improvements, and improvements in the membership experience. Provide daily insight and reporting to Sales and Product teams on efficacy of sales sites, membership growth, and performance at a manager/rep level. Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to a project or assignment. Keeps all areas of the corporation informed through written and oral reports. Ensures communication to all areas impacted. Serves as the subject matter expert on product requirements to other business units. Must be able to perform additional duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Strong understanding of the healthcare industry marketplace with a focus on integrated products Ability to identify areas of opportunity, develop plan of action, communicate effectively, and execute Strong analytic, strategic and planning skills; must be able to successfully facilitate sound business objectives within highly regulated industry Strong public speaking and oral and written communication skills Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree in public health, public policy or business administration from top university Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large, complex, and multifaceted projects with minimal supervision
