Job Description

Position Summary:
Responsible for daily supervision and coordination of assigned offices within the Guthrie Medical Group, P.C. Works closely with practice administration, section leads, clinic personnel and physicians to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Education, License & Cert:
Associates Degree preferred. A minimum of three (3) year's comparable related experience, of which at least two (2) years has been at the supervisory level, will be considered in lieu of the educational preference.
Experience:
This position requires a high level of responsibility for the work of others. Excellent independent judgement, planning, and problem‐solving skills are required. Problems are varied and moderately complicated. This position requires advanced communication and time management skills.
Essential Functions:
1. Supports the Director/ Sr. Director‐ Practice administration to manage daily operational activities of assigned offices. 2. Communicates regularly with physicians, support staff, and leadership to address business needs of sections. 3. Responsible for planning the daily staffing for clinic/ office support staff; assists with the long‐term planning of staffing and related activities such as leave requests and vacancies. 4. Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and other processes of hiring new employees, both internally and externally. Assures continuity in employee orientation program among Sections. 5. Individually, and in conjunction with administrative assistance, is responsible for analyzing workflow in each Section to ensure efficient use of staff, space, and productivity. 6. Prepares Sections for arrival of new physicians by identifying staffing, scheduling, and other provider‐specific requirements. 7. Participates in Clinic committees and project teams as appropriate. 8. In collaboration with Director, Practice Administration, develops a yearly plan of personal growth and development. 9. Carries out other responsibilities as may be necessary.
Other Duties:
1. Other duties as assigned. Pay Range min $23.52/hr max $35.70/hr
