• Director of Operations & Growth Long Island, NY | Multi-Location Luxury Aesthetics & Wellness Nu Med is seeking a highly motivated, growth-minded Director of Operations & Growth to help lead and scale our rapidly growing multi-location aesthetics and wellness company.

This is not a traditional office manager role. We are seeking a high-level operational leader capable of improving systems, strengthening accountability, enhancing patient experience, supporting scalability, and contributing meaningfully toward long-term business growth.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-location operational leadership Staff accountability and leadership development KPI tracking, implementation, and operational execution Workflow optimization and operational efficiency improvement Hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management support Scheduling optimization and provider utilization management Inventory oversight and operational organization Customer acquisition, retention, and membership growth initiatives SOP implementation and operational systems development Patient experience oversight Marketing and promotional initiative coordination Leadership meeting participation and strategic planning Operational bottleneck identification and corrective action implementation Scalability and growth initiative support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

3-5+ years leadership or operational management experience Experience in aesthetics, wellness, luxury hospitality, healthcare, or multi-location service businesses preferred Strong systems-thinking ability KPI and accountability mindset Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to improve operational consistency and team performance Ability to implement systems and operational improvements Strong professionalism and discretion Positive leadership presence Ability to protect and strengthen company culture while improving accountability

COMPENSATION

Starting base salary approximately $90,000 annually Quarterly KPI-based bonus opportunity Additional performance-based compensation potential Significant long-term growth opportunity based on performance and company expansion This role is designed to evolve over time into increasing operational leadership and influence as the company continues to scale.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role requiring active involvement across locations and participation in the day-to-day operational management of the business.
