Job Description

Job Summary The Administrative Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and providing administrative support to ensure the organization runs efficiently and professionally. This role manages office procedures, coordinates communication across departments, supports leadership, assists with vendor management, and general office administration. Responsibilities  Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions  Maintain office organization, procedures, and operational efficiency  Serve as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and visitors  Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships  Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications  Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and company events  Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives  Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures  Support cross-functional communication between departments  Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office inquiries professionally  Monitor and improve administrative workflows and processes Qualifications  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred  3+ years of administrative, office management, or operations experience  Strong organizational and multitasking skills  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems  Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Pay:
$90,000.00 per year
