The ideal candidate will possess strong business operations experience, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work cross-functionally with firm leadership and multiple departments in a fast-paced professional environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
In this role, the Business Operations Manager will support strategic growth initiatives, operational performance, and cross-functional business operations while working closely with senior leadership across the firm.
You will:
Support firm leadership in developing and implementing business strategies, operational initiatives, and process improvements designed to increase efficiency, productivity, revenue growth, and overall organizational performance Assist with new office openings, market expansion initiatives, and operational integration efforts by evaluating business opportunities, conducting research and analysis, coordinating logistics, and supporting implementation across offices and departments Work cross-functionally with departments including marketing, recruiting, human resources, legal administration, finance, information technology, client relations, and operations to ensure alignment with firm objectives and business priorities Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, operational updates, and strategic recommendations while monitoring business metrics, analyzing operational performance, and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements and organizational effectiveness Support day-to-day business operations through project coordination, vendor management, facilities support, budgeting assistance, policy implementation, recruiting support, and special initiatives assigned by senior leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred Minimum of three years of management, operations, business administration, or related professional experience, preferably within a professional services environment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate operational challenges and recommend practical business solutions Excellent verbal, written, and business communication skills, including experience drafting reports, proposals, policies, and professional documentation Demonstrated ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, analyze business data, and support organizational growth in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook High degree of professionalism, discretion, accountability, and sound judgment when handling confidential business matters Ability to travel to existing offices and potential new markets as needed to support operational initiatives and firm expansion
