This role is focused on maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations and providing administrative and operational support across the business and to clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and takes pride in keeping systems, spaces, and workflows running efficiently. What You'll Do Manage and audit files, records, and documentation across digital and physical systems Handle data entry, tracking logs, and operational recordkeeping Provide light bookkeeping support (QuickBooks) including invoices, expenses, and payments Manage office supplies, scheduling, calendars, and vendor coordination Support client administrative needs including document preparation, CRM maintenance, and follow-up tracking Assist team members with internal documents, templates, and action item follow-through Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using technology and simple systems Who You Are Takes initiative and follows through without constant direction Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable with routine, process-driven work Has a customer-service orientation — listens well and finds a way to get the job done Qualifications 5+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, or operations Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools Experience with QuickBooks, CRM, or administrative systems preferred High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Background check required
